Caught – The BMW V Series!
Spy photographers have spotted what appears to be a prototype of the long-rumored BMW V-series testing in Munich. The car appears to be a pure hatchback with no room for a rear deck-lid. Overall styling appears to be similar to that of the recently unveiled X6, but the vehicle spied has a taller roofline arc — allowing for more headroom in back — and the rear hatch looks more cargo-friendly.
Formula 1 Review – Magny Cours France
Things look back to normal this weekend as Ferrari went on to crush the rest of the field in round 8 of the Formula One race championship series. More importantly, BMW still maintains their sturdy 3rd place position in the constructors as both drivers finished with a combined 9 more points.
The Clubman…..It’s almost official!
Due to be officially revealed next month, the upcoming Mini Clubman has been spotted by spy photographer Chris Schotanus with barely any camouflage.
F1 Update
Canada – For most of us, Montreal is the most exciting race to watch as it is the only one we can call our “home race”. For BMW Sauber on June 10th, Nick Heidfeld stated that he loves this track and he would like to fight for a podium spot. And that he did; He went on to grab second place which earned him another 8 points for the team and a huge grin on his face.
MINI to reintroduce the Cooper Classic
MINI Canada has announced that they’ll reintroduce the MINI Cooper Classic into the Cooper line-up for more price conscious buyers. The Cooper Classic will start at $22,950. Standard equipment includes automatic stability control, traction control, multifunction steering wheel, passenger seat height adjustment, and 15-inch five-start wheels with all-season tires.
The BMW F1 Roller Coaster
The roles were reversed this weekend for the boys of BMW as Robert Kubica stole Nick Heidfeld’s glory of finishing 4th place in the 4th round of the F1 race season.
